Norway is a land crafted by nature to perfection. Mighty fjords carve deep channels inland through imposing mountain ranges creating a landscape of steep sided valleys, towering cliff-faces and cascading waterfalls. Spring is an ideal time to visit, the days are long, the cherry trees are in blossom and the mountain tops covered in snow.

Our tour starts in Oslo, Norway’s elegant capital city, before continuing on a scenic journey through fertile valleys and over spectacular mountains en route to Bergen, the gateway to the Fjords. Tour highlights will include a mini-cruise on the mighty Sognefjord, a train journey on the spectacular Flam Mountain railway and lunch at the magnificent mountain top Stalheim Hotel with its breathtaking views over the surrounding valleys.

The tour also includes a look at the agriculture of this country, which still retains its independence outside the EU.
