How to Book
In order to make a booking please complete the booking form and return to Stita along with your deposit as follows:
Tour price /Deposit per person
Under £700 = £150
£700 - £1200 = £200
£1200 - £2500 = £300
Over £2500 = £500
What happens once you have booked?
We always aim to process your booking as quickly and efficiently as possible.A booking does not formally exist until we have receipt of your signed booking form and deposit. This is the official record of the booking. At this point we will send you written confirmation of your booking and put you on our passenger list. In due course, we will write to you with details of insurance, visa and health requirements (if any). A final invoice is normally sent 4-6 weeks before departure, followed by a final itinerary and joining instructions approximately two weeks before departure.
Please note that all prices are subject to increases in local taxes, air fares and foreign currency fluctuations, and will be based on the prevailing foreign exchange rates at the date the tour price was finalised.
Not included in the tour price
•Meals other than those indicated by BLD (where B = Breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner). •Items of personal expenditure (eg. drinks, laundry, phone calls).
•Tip to drivers/guides (discretionary).
•Travel insurance - this is strongly recommended and details of our competitively prices insurance policies are available on request.
•Airport departure taxes and visa fees where applicable.
•Optional tours or excursions - indicated by the words "option", "optional", or "chance to".
All of our flights are on scheduled economy services including some of the following airlines and aircraft types: British Airways, Air Canada, Cathay Pacific, Air China, Air New Zealand, Alitalia; Boeing 747, 737, Airbus A3200, MD11.Full flight details including timings will be confirmed with final invoice.
Single rooms are normally available at a supplimentary price. If you are travelling alone we can often match you up with someone of similar age and same sex also wishing to share. If we are unable to do this we will have to charge a single suppliment (although sometimes at a reduced, negotiated rate).
Extending your holiday
Some of our tours allow the possibility of extending your holiday either before or after the tour. Please contact us for further advice on individual tours and notification of any extra costs that may be incurred.
